Mr. Bickham has served in a variety of senior leadership roles in both public and private healthcare companies over the past 14 years, following tenures in the legal and accounting fields. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for United Surgical Partners International, the nation’s largest ambulatory surgery provider. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for a number of firms, including Correctional Healthcare Companies and CCS Medical. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Odyssey HealthCare through its acquisition by Gentiva Health Services in 2010. Before joining Odyssey, he was an Associate with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins. Mr. Bickham earned his J.D. degree and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University. He practiced public accounting for seven years prior to attending law school.

Mr. Poff has served in a number of financial positions in both public and private healthcare companies for the past 16 years. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Oceans Healthcare. Prior to Oceans, Mr. Poff served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for CCS Medical, one of the nation’s largest providers of mail order diabetic supplies. Before CCS Medical, Mr. Poff served as the Corporate Controller for AccentCare, Inc., one of the nation’s leading providers of home health services. Mr. Poff also held the position of Division Chief Financial Officer – Hospice Services for Gentiva Health Services, a $2 billion provider of home health and hospice services and as Assistant Controller for Odyssey HealthCare, Inc., a $700 million hospice provider. Before working with Odyssey, he was Controller for Horizon Health Corporation until its buyout from Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., when he was elevated to the role of Division CFO. Mr. Poff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

Mr. Anderson served as Senior Vice President at Addus HomeCare until December 2014. Mr. Anderson joined Addus HomeCare in 1996 as its Midwest Regional Manager until 2000. In 2000, Darby became Regional Vice President of Midwest/East. Mr. Anderson has also been appointed or elected to board and advisory committee positions, including the Older Adult Services Advisory Committee and the Community Care Program Advisory Committee in Illinois. Mr. Blessing has over 15 years of experience in corporate development, finance, and strategy. Prior to joining Addus, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Dallas-based Encompass Health – Home Health & Hospice, the fourth largest U.S. provider of skilled home health services. In this role, he had responsibility for M&A activity and other strategic initiatives, working in close consultation with the company’s senior management team. He previously held various corporate development and finance roles, including in banking and real estate development. Mr. Blessing has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

From 2012 to 2015, Dr. Weaver served at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, the state’s largest health insurer, completing her service there as Chief Medical Officer. From 2009 to 2012, Dr. Weaver held various executive positions at WakeMed Health & Hospitals, a healthcare services provider, including Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs. Dr. Weaver has also served on the board of directors of Veritas Collaborative, LLC, a specialty healthcare company, since February 2017 and AdaptHealth Corp.
