Judy has a wonderful respectful rapport with all of the branch offices she works with. Her top priority is to provide support and service to all of them. She uses her A/R organizational skills to improve each office’s bottom line performance and will stop whatever project she is working on to assist whoever needs support. Judy keeps abreast of all areas of billing Medicaid and knows the different state Medicaid programs for the Home Health Division. She also helps in training with billing and collections with our new employees. Lastly and most importantly, Judy always has a positive outlook and a smile each day. Thank you Judy for all that you do for our department.

Teresa has been an employee since 2007. She started at our branch office as a live-in companion. After just a very short time we knew that she was a dedicated employee who demonstrated that she was willing to do whatever that was needed without complaining. Even now as a supervisor, if we are running short on staffing, she will fill in where ever needed. There have been times when she is helping clients and sees that they have insufficient food supplies, she often goes to a fast food restaurant to pick up a breakfast or sandwich. All on her own time and money. Teresa has a heart of gold and would give you her shirt off her back if you needed it. She should be recognized for her caring heart.

Terri provides service to a client who was living at a retirement community. After the client’s hospitalization, Terri handled the rehabilitation, and med reminders. The client’s family specifically requested Terri to be their Home Care Aide because of the quality of care she provides, for her compassion and for her attention to detail. Terri is a dependable worker who provides excellent care to all clients assigned to her. She is always professional and is a valued employee. She sets the standard and is an example to all of our employees.

Rebecqa is known for providing excellent service to all her clients. She is reliable and thorough. She turns in her paperwork on time and is accurate and neat. She is always professional and I am confident that when I send her on an assignment, that she will perform her duties well with no issues or complaints. I receive numerous compliments on her work ethic on a regular basis. Rebecqa is an asset to the company.
